Highland RV Campground

We’ve had our RV out here for a year and love the ponds in the back and the ability to walk our dog to get some fresh air down the back hill to the ponds….. simple small park with few amenities but it’s perfect for us and our neighbors have been great to us!! The owner keeps the grass cut and the place looking good ☺️

BEWARE! Owner wants to collect cash payments and will not give receipts. He has multiple code violations and the county is in the process of shutting this campground down until he gets his business license and tax stamp. In our situation, we were staying short term, he always had us pay early, cash. In June he asked us to leave bc he wanted to rent to a long term and asked us to leave. We reminded him we had paid through the end of July and would be leaving them. He took it upon himself to move our camper while we were gone. He put us in a random spot with no sewer hook up, breaking some contents on the inside. We left on July 14 and did nit get our refund as promised. Camp at you own risk!!
