UPDATE: our room has roaches!!! If I could make this review any lower I would. I will update if anything changes in the morning. The man i checked in was wonderful, but the lady that was working night shift should find a new job. My first room i got in once but the battery died so I got moved to a new room. 2nd room.... dont get me started!!! Bed bugs!! The smell!!! Dirty!!! It was disgusting. I went to the front desk lady... how does she have a job in costumer service???? I tell her id like to get a new room because of the bugs and she said "I can switch you once, but if youre dissatisfied with room you'll have to leave and if its not to late you can get a refund." I was friendly I said I wasnt mad but the attitude. I have worked as a hotel cleaner I have done laundry... if I was the one
Happy to visit this location. A great place to stay to be close to medical professionals if you're not well or are having testing done or early/long appointments. Looks like a good location for single person to get footing in the area if interested in moving into this area.
The room we stayed in was recently remodeled and was really nice and clean. Bathroom still needs to be done and if I could make a suggestion, take out the tub and make it a walk-in shower. So much safer for your guests. |We had issues with the phone, heat, and TV upon arrival, but Denish was wonderful in fixing them all. We could be irritated, but things happen.
Positive: Room was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Only about 6 miles from Firekeepers Casino Negative: ""
Very clean staff great even when i left my key in the car. While at work cleaning service came in and made my bed and cleaned and all my stuff was where it was even my PS5. I am very happy. Also very close to work while here on business
