Holiday Inn Battle Creek by IHG

The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything worked just fine other then the fan in the bathroom. I was a bit worried about how my room was going to be when I saw that the carpet in the hallway on my floor was being held together with tape, but the room was clean and didn't have any odors. The tub was very clean and I felt comfortable enough with it to take a bath. With that being said it was also very slick. If you are traveling with children or someone who might slip be cautious. The location is prefect if you would like to be near restaurants and shopping centers.

I use to love this hotel. Staff act like they can help but don't. Example is: asked desk and manager if the pool was going to be open. Said no ETA but if you want we can cancel your reservation. Found a hotel with a pool. Had the reservation canceled. However when I looked for my refund. They claimed I stayed in the room. I didn't get a receipt, however I did make sure I handled my hotel key to the desk clerk. Good thing there are several new hotels in the area that I can go to. Sad representation of a good hotel brand

Outdated rooms and atmosphere, but the location is perfect for Kellogg Arena and Binder Park Zoo trips. Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel. The housekeepers are Amazing and front desk and management are top notch!!... edited: Dec. 24th, 2025... Holiday Inn Battle Creek is doing a great job in updating their rooms and modernizing the hotel. As always, the rooms are clean, the staff is top notch! And the location is impeccable 👌

The staff were all polite and professional. The rooms were clean and safe, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was basic though good. The only downside was the pool wasn't available.We will definitely be staying again in the future!

My experience at the Hilton was okay until I met the bartender Melissa. She was very cheerful and nice when greeting me. The rooms were great the staff overall are great and very welcoming. If I’m ever in town again I will most definitely come here. 😁😁
