Best Western Executive Inn

Jenny the front desk clerk that worked a double was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk too...disappointed that the pool was not open. We stayed several years back and the pool was down as well...starting to wonder. Otherwise this hotels a great place for the price and convenience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in around 3:30pm and we did not even get into our room until 4:00-4:10pm due to the fact that the front desk lady gave us a room with a maintenance guy in it at first then gave us a second room with the cleaning lady still cleaning it. The third room we finally got in was visibly dirty, the counters were sticky and gross, the sheer curtain on the window had mold all over it. The second night we were there a bunch of sugar ants came out of no where and were all over floor. We asked the front desk lady when checking out if we could get some type of refund and she said no. This place is way over priced for the crappy and unclean rooms they give you.

I was very disappointed in this Best Western. I asked for a mobility accessible room in my reservation. They gave me what I asked for and close to the front office but the air conditioner did not work. It was pushing out warm air and the room was becoming hot. They called their maintenance man to the room and he could not fix the air conditioner. We were forced to take another room but it was not mobility accessible and we had no other choice for their were no other mobility rooms available. We were hoping to go back to the mobility room the next day but they hadn't fixed their new air conditioner in that room yet. I was told it was a wiring issue. Why did this problem happen just on the day we needed this room? We couldn't just go to any other hotel so we were stuck with the room they gav

I'll start with the only positive feedback i have from my recent 3 night stay this past week: The location is very convenient, located right off the highway, and the rooms were fairly clean and the beds, themselves, were comfortable. That's where the good feedback ends. Upon arrival at 145 pm midweek on a Wednesday, with no other people in sight, we walked into the lobby and were greeted with the smell of stale cigarettes mixed with the slight aroma of sewer smell. We were quickly turned away from an early check-in which the nice young lady at the reception desk said was only allowed at 2pm (regular check-in time is 3pm). This was obviously not her decision, as I think she felt bad telling us that, although our room was ready, we had to wait the 15 minutes, which we did outside, in
