Red Roof Inn Augusta - Washington Road

The hotel is under renovation but the rooms are very nice the shower is excellent the front desk lady around 3ish today was absolutely fabulous she was helpful she was professional she was very sweet to my mom I'm super glad that we chose this hotel and I'm also glad that they have smoking rooms because I smoke cigarettes so I will definitely recommend this place to other people I know and I will be back on the next time I need a room. And the cable works good cuz a lot of rooms I've been at the cable doesn't work right the Wi-Fi works good it's very quiet around here and a lot of restaurants and places to go

This was the absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at… it is not a hotel !||Outside entrance to room. Rooms were filthy. Had a dirty unclean bathroom with left over fecal matter. The phone did not work … their website it totally misleading check out the pool they are advertising I pics … absolutely gross… I would give it a lower rating if available.. Red Rood should be fined for even having this open. 🤢

I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof. They are still renovating therefore breakfast was not available yet, but there are many restaurants and stores around. Also the water is not burning hot but it is warm and you are able to bath. Marie the desk clerk was very helpful and before we completed reservation she made sure we were ok with our room. I would definitely come back.

the front desk lady was pleasant,but she was the best part of this shabby,run down motel. we would have demanded a refund and gone in search of a decent place,but we had booked through hotels.com and there are no refunds available. Just an awful,decrepid motel.
