Red Roof Inn Atlanta South - Morrow

The Staff is incredibly nice, professional, and Helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. They provided dog-waste bags for my fur baby, too. It’s quiet, and the other guests were helpful as well! The young lady who works at the front desk in the evenings should be promoted and/or given a raise!!! Her customer service skills are EXEMPLARY!!!💯💯💯

Full of Roaches and flies! Disgusting!!! I have never experienced this at a hotel before. It was hard to just sit and watch a movie. Not good

Me and my daughter checked in asked for a non smoking room. Received it we go in the room time we open the door the smell of smoke hit us in the face. Check the beds hair and yellow stains on the sheets. We go back to the front they move us to another room only to end up with bugs. They gone try and give us a THIRD room. No sir we checking out I asked for a refund they said they could give us a refund. Don’t understand why not we were suppose to check out til Tuesday. Yet they still took the money off my card for days we didn’t even stay. This place is nasty unprofessional and disgusting.

Listening was the issue. Asked for room away from others because of my dog only to be placed where I couldn't park my car close. Too tired to ask for a change. However, it served its purpose which was a bed for the night and it was very comfortable.

Positive: nothing Negative: you can easily tell that this motel had a flood as the front door was bowed and you can see the outside when door is shut & locked.The floors shrunk and separated the planks.The chair was ripped and falling apart.
