Comfort Suites Morrow- Atlanta South

Was frustrating to find out the low price online was half of what the room actually costs. If going to charge over 100$ a night then own it. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cracker barrel 5 min walk so nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needs a safe outside smoking area with a chair or 2. Free bkfst was standard fare..no complaints. All in all..we would stay there again. Retired nurse who also cleaned cabins in Gatlinburg for 5 years..could not find evidence of any bugs..so thats freaking awesome lol didn't like the fact that curtain is anchored to wall so yeah ppl could walk up n look into our room..perhaps the first floor rooms can get an actual curtain vs the temu one ya got

The receptionist, Carmelia made us feel at home. She definitely set the mood. Our first impression was: We booked the right hotel !|The hotel lobby was beautiful and freshly made lemon/lime water for all to enjoy! There were more amenities than we were expecting. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, which was VERY CLEAN. The halls, stairs , and cafeteria were clean and the breakfast area was immaculate. The location was easy to find and I only booked a comfort inn due to a short stay. Never stayed at one before and I may never again. check-in was fine, my room was on the third floor- 315. The hallway was stuffy and smelled like smoke. Room was fairly clean, some crumbs like food on the floor and I didn’t notice this until right before checkout, there was black mold on the top left-hand side of the mirror in the bathroom. I didn’t even bother to take a picture, but I’m sure that’s pretty evident to whomever goes in there and cleans the bathroom. I guess they may not care but if you're assigned room 315, ask to change to another room.

We spent one night here one November 20th, great experience. The night desk clerk Ariyonna was so sweet and efficient, smiling and chatting with us through the check in process. The breakfast was good and the coffee was the best I've had compared to other stays I've had. And, at the morning check out, another smiling face, Camelia so nice. You have 2 wonderful young ladies working there. We will definitely stay here again ‼️

The breakfast that they use to serve last year was amazing. Now it’s only eggs and sausage everyday. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The bathroom was not clean when I arrived. The hallway stairs had not been vacuumed the entire week that I was there, the same dirt was on the stairs all week. The quality of the hotel is declining from when I originally started booking there last year.
