please read the reviews before you stay here. I decided to stay here for New Year’s Eve. Everything looked good so far. Then, a couple of days after New Year’s Eve, I came into my room and thought somebody was taking a shower in the bathroom. Come to find out, the bathroom was flooded because someone else was taking a shower in one of the other rooms, allegedly. I reached out to the property manager, Ray, and he assured me that he was going to take care of the problem, but I had already vacated the room because I didn’t feel comfortable staying here. This property manager proceeded to call me back after looking at the room and let me know that I could come back if I wanted to because the flooding wasn’t that bad. Young lady at the front counter with gold hair was extremely rude and needs to be fired. From my understanding she told me they had no housekeeper so they have no room. I could tell when she was saying it she had an attitude. Never have I ever seen someone be rude at a hotel. This lady called me a very rude word and I would love to speak to management about this situation. She told me the GM was out the office cleaning rooms. I really hate I had to be treated so poorly because of her anger. People like this should be fired asap... I left so fast and took my business elsewhere. I see why housekeeping called out .. if I had to work with her I would too. She a heavy set woman with hair sticking on top of her hair or the weave didn't match. Either way she needs to go... Our key card constantly not working on the weekends and with the office being closed we have to rely on maintenance to let Ian in our room he checks the key pad to make sure the battery isn’t dead which it’s not the lady at front isn’t programming the keys properly and the office supposed to close at 7 but they leave around 5 which makes it difficult to contact them for anything we’re paying too much money weekly to keep having issues! Also roaches is horrible in rooms and nobody haven’t came to spray or anything

Well the location is good, the rooms are good. But what made me uncomfortable was the receptionist keep repeating over and over about the no smoking and not having any men guest basically.. meaning as if i was gonna have men in and out. But when I look around i see guest everywhere lol....Plus i dont do any drugs i dont smoke nor drink which its isnt anybody business if i did ...Im not a prostitute nor selling my body im just a young lady that was seeking a little comfort and peace because im going through something. And at the end of the day im grown, im not in prison, I do follow the rules.... Sorry i look young and I guess thats why i get treated so bad.but I hate when people assume things about you.
