I recently had a wonderful stay at Extended Stay America, and I can't recommend it enough, especially for families! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Lauren, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. She was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The kitchen made meal prep easy, and the laundry facilities were a huge plus. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic service from Lauren and the entire staff. Positive: Nothing Negative: The room wasn?t clean guest before us have item left inside the room. If you leaves the hotel you don?t have access to return to your room and the elevator was out the whole stay which was very inconvenient

My stay at Extended Stay America in Morrow was made exceptional thanks to the amazing management of Shammua Harold. From the moment I arrived, Shammua went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about his guests always professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues with a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a manager who combines professionalism with genuine kindness, but Shammua does exactly that. His leadership sets a positive tone for the entire staff and makes this location stand out. I highly recommend staying here you’ll be well taken care of!

Everyone who is working here is extremely professional with warm smiles all around. Jared is so personable at the Front desk when he is on duty. Always ready yo help and has a great personality. Truly a people person. All the gals on the front desk are also personable with a Smile and help whenever it's needed. As long as I've been here, my stay has been one of a warm feeling like home.
