In fact, it was so unbelievably incredible that I casually asked what it would cost to just… own the building. Yes. Own it. Because when a place radiates this level of excellence, you don’t check out — you try to acquire. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honest Review I’m someone who pays attention to details, and after staying here I feel like some of the negative reviews don’t really reflect the actual experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well run. Like any busy property with real guests coming through daily, there are small cosmetic signs of normal use in places (minor scuffs in high-traffic areas, etc.), but nothing that affects the stay. One moment that really stood out to me was when I asked the front desk for batteries. There had been a shift change, so I briefly assumed they might have been forgotten. Booked a king accessibility suite due to needing to have room for my family including an infant. I called at 630 to confirm when last check in was I was told midnight without prior arrangements. We arrived at 1030pm and I was told there was no room for me even with my reservation as house keeping did not clean all the rooms before leaving. My husband then went in and was told that they gave the last room away to someone who was not paying. After my husband and the front desk worker called the manager we were able to get a room and was charged the rate I paid through the website. This was a one-night stay, and the entire night was effectively lost due to serious habitability and sanitation failures.||From the moment we arrived, the hotel stank — not mildly, but strongly and persistently throughout the night. The first room had water leaking from the ceiling, with dirty water reaching the bathroom floor. The sink was actively leaking underneath, with visible rot, and the toilet was already clogged prior to initial use late at night, nearly overflowing.||When we contacted the front desk, the only staff member stated he was “not authorized” to fix the toilet and required me to retrieve a plunger and plunge it myself.
