-star I even don’t want to put one star for this property .. They not changed name and providing same cheap service . At the property they named Baymont and service is not how Baymont standard is .bodywash was missing , no shampoo, no coffee maker in the room, no iron and then calling the front desk-they were not helpful. Evening shift Indian lady told in morning manager will help and night shift person he was even there just for night audit all night and slept , when I called around 5 am to get things some Mr. George was at front desk , he was like I can’t help cuz house keeping comes at 8am and then I will get coffee maker and shampoo towel soap . What the hell , put the waiting or we will be back soon thing at front desk , get missing things from under the desk to provide to the guest

**If you have kids or a client don't bring them here. My overall experience is disappointing. I'm a native daytonian that booked a weekend stay but I had no idea it was this bad in this location. The rooms aren't cleaned so I suggest that you get some cleaning supplies before you check in. There will be stains on the furniture and on the bed. The comforter, sheets and mattress as well so bring you a sheet or comforter. The carpet may not be vacuumed so you may have to "borrow" one from them. The elevator is broken so you'll have to take the steps. There's only three stairways, on the front and back of building and next to the main office. This is a great hotel in a good location. I stayed here while I was driving on my way to Dayton and Cincinnati, and was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The lobby had a comfy chairs and a really comfy sofa, which I liked. The guy at the check in desk was nice and I checked in quickly. I got in the elevator and walked up to my room, which I thought was quite nice. It had two beds which were quite comfortable, a bathroom with a nice, clean sink, and a TV which had pretty much every channel on it (even the golf channel). I was a bit disappointed that the hallway was on the outside of the hotel instead of the inside, but other than that, the hotel was great. I had a good night’s sleep and checked out in the morning. Recent negative reviews - unfortunately confirmed. I witnessed and experienced the front desk multiple times unattended for quite some time / the printer busted for checkout. The lobby dining area did seem freshly renovated. My toilet ran every other minute - removing the cover - (picture provided). The clothes dryer was out of service all visit. Ash trays in hallways not cleaned. My room was not turned down or refreshed. The pictured items were found under the mattress area leaving me to believe a continued issue with housekeeping based on other reviews. The free breakfast was ok nothing to brag about. I believe the management cares - otherwise they would not bother responding to post after post - only after my stay did I browse other recent reviews only to confirm experiences my own expe

My husband and I stayed here for a night! It was definitely convenient and the room was nice and clean. We liked that we had a mini fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We love the fact that they had continental breakfast that began at an earlier time than most places. The only issue I had was that some of the food was cold. Also the sausage gravy was kept in a Crock-Pot where the ladle sat inside but stuck out of the top, so the lid wasn't sealed closed. I didn't think that was a good idea, from a health standpoint. Overall, it was a great stay!
