Was told that it was newly remodeled and maybe we didn’t get one of those rooms? But I walked into the beds not being made, so I asked the cleaning lady if the room had been cleaned and she said it was although there were crumbs all over the chairs and desks, she said the beds were a mess since they took the sheets for another room, although the staff was really nice, the rooms were just not very clean. Then when it came time to shower I found this ? If the room was just cleaned I don’t think this would have formed so quickly, but who am I to say
This place is great if you just need a place to stay for a night. I was able to book a room the day of my stay for around $80. However, This place definately needs renovations. In the hallways, it has duct tape holding the carpet together in places. the doors to the hotel rooms are very old some had white paint splattered on them. This hotel gives of the vibe of haunted. I also didn't like the fact that breakfast was not included in the price of the room. For most hotels today, this is pretty standard. I wouldn't have minded so much if I was told in advance. They told me it was an extra $7 per person for breakfast. This hotel also did not have any vending machines, however you could go to the front desk and buy snacks, but their options are quite limited. Also, I believe the heating sys
Positive: Location Negative: Totally outdated—tv and phone did not work in first 2 rooms—so upgraded me to suite—found soap in bathtub, toilet paper holder busted, cracked bathroom door and furniture from 1980’s. I endured the stay—not enjoyed!
Stayed here one night because the conference hotel wasn't available the first night. Price was reasonable and I thought - how bad could it be. It wasn't the old tattered carpet, it wasn't the dust, it wasn't that I didn't have a comforter on my bed (just a sheet), it wasn't the filthy corridors, it wasn't the broken air conditioning unit, it wasn't the well used furniture, IT was the smell. I spent a total of 6 hours at this hotel and I think I can still smell the place on me. this used to be a decent place to stay - hope that can update it because the location is good and has lots of parking. Something needs to change.
We looked at reviews before our stay, they were mixed and a year old. We decided to stay and had a very good experience. room was very nice and clean , no smells which is very important with my wife. The staff were very helpful , the GM Mark came up to us personally and asked us how are stay and room was, he talked to us for probably 15 minutes, and thanked us and asked if there was anything they could do please let them know Now
