Glenbrier Park

My mom is 81 years old and she loves living at Glenbrier, however, they raised the rent and it’s now $817 a month. Also the residents are expected to pay a property tax of $480 for property they don’t even own. This is hardly affordable for seniors on a fixed income. This has forced me to move in with my parents so it’s more affordable

The Manager Brad is always available and helpful. I have lived her since 2001 and I have found Brad and Kevin to be friendly and very helpful. I live next to the community garden and it is nice to have fresh produce available. The Park is looking so beautiful and well kept. I have recommended Glenbrier to my friends because it is a lovely place to live.

I moved into the Park five years ago and it is a friendly place to live, the residents are supportive. The management is very easy talk to and cooperative. The Clubhouse has been updated and we have many activities, management and Brad has provided us with fun and support for our events. Kevin our maintenance technician has made the grounds beautiful. I would recommend Glenbrier to all my friends.

Brad has been an excellent manager for Glenbrier. I have lived here for 12 years and Brad is personal, friendly and he has great communication skills. Kevin the maintenance person is doing a great job keeping the park looking clean and beautiful.

We were looking for a home for our family member, we did not find a home. However, the manager was very helpful and informative on all that the property has to offer. We attend an event at the Clubhouse recently and it was a great experience overall. The property’s are very well taken care of. We will recommend Glenbrier to our friends and family in the future.
