The room was clean and comfortable. Lost an expensive dog collar there, but they were unable to find it. They charged me $15 extra for my service dog above and beyond what I paid booking.com. They called it a deposit, so I asked when do I get it back. She said no you don't get it back. I informed her that's not a deposit, that's a fee. Her English not so good...

Cleanest room that I have stayed in for ages. The hostess was very nice and helpful. There’s something wonderful in the planked floors…so much cleaner. The heater heated the room very quickly and then we didn’t need it any more. There’s a safe, microwave, coffee pot, two coffee serving packets and a clock…complementary soaps too. There was no damaged furniture or mars on the furniture. The drapes closed completely, good water pressure and plenty of hot water and towels. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. Pets not allowed but may make exception

No mini fridge, which was listed in the booking.. Also door has only one bolt lock, no secondary measure. Room seemed nice but the amenity paper seemed used with stains. Found a cockroach in the morning……

The whole hotel has been refurbished. Fresh paint, new flooring, comfortable beds and clean rooms. We found it to be a great value for the money. Close to the downtown area , it's location was perfect for us. They also have a laundry room which was nice.

The pleasant staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. From the looks at first I was concerned I made a mistake but I could not have asked fir a better stay while there. If your looking fir a good price snd a comfortable clean place to stay I recommend this motel. I was also grateful for the late check out at no charge. Very professional and accommodating.
