Room was really nice, bed was comfy, liked the decor. The entrance door to get to elevator to get to our room was not locked/ no key scan was needed to open the door and same with the elevator, so anyone who isn’t staying at the hotel could be right outside the room or outside the elevator, which in a city is a big security / safety issue to me. I would not have felt safe coming in and out at night had I not been with my husband. View from balcony of the city/ bridge was great.

Located near the River edge, the views of Manhattan are incredible. IF you are coming for an event, you may want to consider spending the night here, but be aware, there are absolutely no amenities and you are isolated in an industrial area. Bring everything you need or want with you. ||For travelers, spend a few more bucks and stay in a better location and nicer place. This was one of the best hotels I have ever seen that it smelled wonderfully as soon as you walked in the staff was nice to let you keep your bags in the back. If you have a flight, it was 10 out of 10 very clean. The balcony was lovely. The views were magnificent. Definitely will be back

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ravel Hotel for the weekend and had such a great experience. Our first room was beautiful, but unfortunately the heat wasn’t working. We called the front desk and they handled it immediately. Not only did they fix the situation quickly, they upgraded us free of charge to an even better room. The new room was on the 9th floor with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and hands down one of the most breathtaking views of NYC. Waking up and seeing the Queensboro Bridge right outside our window was unreal. The skyline at night was just as stunning. The staff was accommodating, professional, and really made sure our stay was special. We would absolutely come back for another NYC trip.
