Ranger Inn & Suites

The room needs a serious overhaul, front desk needs a review in customer service and sketchy people at night. For the price I should have stayed elsewhere for better service. Breakfast was cold cereal yogurt sunny D danish and kids trashing the lobby and the employee never said a thing.

Positive: It was so quiet at dark, the AC was on and inviting on such a hot day Negative: No. there was an issue with my assigned room, but the attendant immediately rehoused me into a different room

The front desk staff were super kind, the room was clean and stocked, and the spa bath tub was heaven. It does take an hour to fill it above the jets but totally worth the wait. It was quiet and felt safe. The bed and couch bed were perfectly fine, but the location is superb. Six flags is right across the street, and it's maybe a five minute drive to a Walmart and AT&T stadium. 100% would stay again.

What a wonderful location! I was in Arlington for Passion Conference and it was withing walking distance to Globe Life Field where the conference was being held. The service was wonderful, they cleaned the room right before we went in, and after the second day of the conference they came in and cleaned again and put fresh towels out. Breakfast didn't start till later but they had some stuff out that we could eat before our conference at 4 am. They also let us keep our bags in a room and come back for them later, as we were going to be gone when checkout was going to be! Such a wonderful experience! Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

The place is amazingly close to Six Flags where I took the grandkids. We were able to walk to the park. There are no elevators so you climb stairs to your room if on 2nd floor. There was a huge soaking tub-shower. Room was large. Grandson had to go downstairs to replace batteries in remote but we didn't come for the TV. Pool is kept in good condition. Ice machine is downstairs. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will probably use again.
