Infested with roaches and bed bugs. Terrible rude staff. Instead of charging you extra for late check out they ban you from staying here. Never heard of such a thing? Oh and once you check in don't leave or they will get upset about that too. Stay here if you want a nasty bug infested room and rude staff! Used to be the "happy nap" hotel, looks like they've really cleaned up their image.... Not.

Current management had brought this Motel back to life . And run the place with no nonsense. The rooms were clean & bug Free. The entire motel was really quite, safe, and the most reasonable motel in the Chicagoland area. I recommend this . Motel to all my UPS Teamsters and to all people who are looking for a reasonable place to stay. Peace. Jon Bell, UPS Teamster.

There was a cockroach crawling in my hair while we were sleeping. Found another in the bathroom climbing on the wall. (I gave the cockroach’s to the front desk) mold in the shower. Floors were filthy. Tv reception was so fuzzy you couldn’t see it. I don’t recommend this place at all. The smell of mold was immediately present as soon as you opened the door..

Rented once and it was okay. Rooms are smelly and not updated but I needed to rest after work so it was w.e. I came back at 730 am and rented again another day to sleep a few hours and the lady asked me if I wanted overnight or just 4 hours I said overnight. I said overnight so I was charged overnight price. A few hours into my sleep front desk calls saying check out is at 11. I explained I had just rented the room and he said well she must've made a mistake you have to choices either stay until 2pm or if you do as you please we will put you on the do not rerent list. I replied I did not pay 70 for just a few hours that defeats my purpose of resting. I work 2 jobs and needed to sleep a few hours in between. WORST MOTEL EVER!! If i could give zero starts i would. the first room we went into had black mold all over the shower & curtain the rooms had an aweful smell & the management was very rude. we stayed for a week & housekeeping only came once the entire time we were there. we checked in on Sunday for a week me my finace & our 1 year old daughter. on thursday they said we had to check out on the following Sunday & refused to give us another week because we had our 1 year old with us.. then when we cecked out to get our deposit back he said we were missing a wash cloth & charged us $5 for 1 washcloth that we didn't take nor would we even want it. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! WORST MOTEL EVER!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
