I have stayed at this hotel approximately 10 times. The staff is friendly, particularly Jimmy at the bar. The reception desk staff are always helpful and courteous. I lost my sports watch. At the time, I did not know where it was. When I arrived at the hotel on my next visit, I casually asked if a watch had been found on the off chance that I left it in the hotel during my previous stay. Turns out, housekeeping left a note in the file that a watch was found in my room after checkout. After some time of checking in the basement, the manager of the hotel brought me my watch! Thank you!

We are somewhat local and I booked a king bed with a whirlpool suite and upon arrival the room we picked wasn’t ready so we had to choose another and the room chosen the whirlpool was broken (I have videos proving). So when I went back down no more rooms like the one I chose were available and the gentlemen was very nice but we had to downgrade to a king room which lacked the luster of what I wanted for my partners birthday. Then we had an out time of noon and they woke us up at 11. Overall the stay was not enjoyable. The staff were nice but the place itself needs to be inspected more and renovated.
