The rooms are usually good however mine had lights not working others seem to. However the day shift worker is awful. First arrived he wouldn't let me in as I went by a nickname and my last name said it has to be the same. I checked online said he didn't need to do that and gave a hard time for no good reason. Had to dispute it with my credit card. Go back later on another time and he weirdly says they're fully booked sorry... it clearly wasn't. I say I booked it online he gets me approved and it was 3pm so that was weird. He then says outside you left the room very dirty very dirty if you do it again you can't stay again. I cleaned up before and did nothing wrong and he still says that. It wasn't dirty. Maybe he mixed me with someone however still unacceptable. Cleaning people clean tha

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was super amazing and friendly. The area was clean and quite. Easy access to transportation and shopping. Close to the highway which made for easy travel to downtown Chicago.

This was one of the all-time worst hotels I have ever seen. The non smoking room reeked of smoke, there was no wifi working anywhere on the property and hookers all around, police stopping cars, a real disaster. The staff barely speaks English.I left early it wayso bad.

First shift manager/ owner is an outrageous individual. She cancelled our second night and threw us out for literally no reason. We were quiet, had made no trouble, nothing! My only guess is she was discriminating against us for being a gay couple. We are bringing a case against them for discrimination. She was mean, thoughtless, called us names. Outrageous behavior. Not only that but the rooms are a mess, broken down, and full of bugs. I would steer clear of this place although it’ll likely get shut down soon.

I booked because I had to sleep near the airport all of a sudden, but if I thought carefully, I would never have booked it. Worst condition I can't be satisfied with anything but a friendly staff smile... The room is full of dust, the air conditioner is too loud, and my cough and throat hurt every time I operate. I didn't expect cleaning at a cheap price. However, they don't change the towels, so I have to ask for them one by one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I don't have any plans to visit again.
