I cannot rate this place zero stars because there is no option, otherwise I definitely would. I want to start by saying that an older staff member named Deep was absolutely awesome. He always dealt with guests happily and had a very kind, positive nature. Unfortunately, the current front desk staff are the complete opposite. The front desk employees now are extremely rude and unprofessional. They argue with guests and clearly do not know how to treat people properly. I understand that prices can increase, and I was charged more than before—that’s fine if the service improves. But paying the same or more for worse service is completely unacceptable. Positive: The AC is excellent. The staff was kind and patient. Negative: I didn't like anything about this hotel except the AC. Parking was scarce also.

Me and my girlfriend had booked 2 nights with our dog at this inn. First red flag should’ve been the fact that the employees have to buzz you in to the office. Then as I’m providing my ID, I notice a sign that says “no refunds after 15 minutes after checking in”. As I was checking in, my girlfriend was trying to figure out where the dog-relieving area was. There was none, but there were plenty of signs everywhere saying “no pee/no poo” on the property. No grass. No trees. Literally no area for our dog to relieve himself so how is this pet-friendly?! We were tired from driving for a few hours so we figured let’s just give this place chance. The room was horrendous. There was tape on the door which prevented the lock from working. We’ve been staying here the past few days and it’s been better than expected! The rooms are big, clean and the bathrooms are nice which is important to me, lots of channels and on demand on TV, curtains keep the light out if you need to sleep during the day, housekeeping comes by every morning to see if you need anything, the hot tub doesn’t work right now but there are cheap rooms with hot tubs inside (we can’t afford a long term stay in one but hopefully we can experience it some day) but there is a pool, the main guy that works the front desk is chill, it’s usually quiet and there’s lots of shops and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away. They also have weekly rates at a fair price! Definitely would stay here again.

Walked in looked around was like okay not the best not the worst. BUT when it was time to go to sleep for some dumb reason they decided it was a good idea to install motion sensors to the lights inside the room I turned the light off and when I put the covers over me the light would turn back on. I had to put the microwave in front of the light switch. Also it said we’d receive a “hot” breakfast, instead I got a brown paper bag with an instant oatmeal, a yogurt cup, a muffin, and a nutri bar. Would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep or a good meal the following morning.
