Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego-East/El Cajon

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean! The king size bed was sooooo comfortable! The only downside was it said the hot tub was available when we got there through there was a sign on the door saying it was closed till further notice. My daughter was pretty disappointed. Other than that though it was a fantastic stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Dulce, who works the night shift — she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, Dulce was incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even helped me get a wonderful room. You can really tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to come across someone with that kind of positive energy and dedication, especially late at night. Because of her, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Dulce — you truly made my experience a great one!

Positive: It’s a lot better than but they rate the hotel. It’s my go to place whenever I’m in Yuma, Arizona. It’s imperfect location. Everything is in walking distance to the hotel. Do yourself a favor. Stay at Days Inn in Yuma,. Negative: ""

VERY clean hotel with a helpful staff. Plenty of parking and a Denny's Restaurant only a few steps away. Right off the Mollison exit on Hwy 8 in El Cajon. Very reasonably priced. Two stories but unfortunately no elevator.

Breakfast was just cereal and toast, which was already underwhelming, but the real issues started with the room. The blankets were dirty when we checked in, and the towels we received had blood stains on them. When I asked for replacements, those were also brown-stained. The entire room had a funky smell that made the stay uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the front desk staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. Any request felt like it was bothering them, and that’s not the type of attitude you want from the first people you see when checking in. If guests don’t feel welcome, the whole experience starts off wrong. Really disappointed — this place needs serious improvement in cleanliness and customer service.
