Shady Lane Trailer Park

Been living here for the last couple of months and I love it here. So clean, no noise, management works with you and no nonsense rules. Rent is affordable, they are bringing up the park with more manufacturer homes as well.

I love living here. Great place. The owner is one of the nicest kindest honest people. He has treated me and my wife like gold. Our manager is really nice too and works hard to keep the place looking and running well. The owner works hard to improve our park constantly.

People are friendly and the park is clean and quiet. The park is in a great location to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, shopping, gas stations and bus lines. Great place to live. I recommend it. Rent rates are the lowest rates in town. The owner tries very hard to listen and work with the tenants needs. I enjoy it here.

Very clean and very quiet

My sister lives here and says this park is very nice and well maintained. She says she feels safe with all the security cameras everywhere.
