Ranch Motel

This motel is in a really good location and honestly has a lot of potential. The property itself feels like it could be something special with the right care and updates. Right now, it’s clearly older and in need of renovations, especially when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep. You can tell this place has history — it just needs investment and attention to bring it back to life. I genuinely hope the owners or future investors see the potential here and renovate it fully, because it could be a great spot again. Wishing the best for this place and hoping it improves for future guests.

Positive: Convient off the Freeway Negative: Room 5 is in need of serious Help; Dead cockaroaches, and live ones as well. Floor had food in the corner. The shower walls had brown stuff, and smelled. maybe past termites or mold?? The Bed was nice, and comfortable at least!

It’s the worst place I’ve been staying at so far. The apartment was very dirty and in a really bad condition. Stains and dirt on the walls and doors, I had to ask for extra toilet paper as there was only a half roll for a multiple night stay. The AC was very loud and the air that came out smelled disgusting. Also the toilet was leaking water at the floor so it was constantly wet on the floor. The walls weren’t soundproof so I could constantly hear noises from the neighbour room. On top of that, at the checkout the owner / his dad asked me intrusive questions, about my marital status, if I have a boyfriend or not and if it was my first one. I felt so uncomfortable. I realize it’s a cheap place to stay and my expectations weren’t very high, but that was another level of „cheap“. Overall I wo

As I layed awake on the very tiny bed, thinking it must be a double sized instead of a queen, I imagined what I would say about this place. When I pulled the top sheet down - as there wasn't a blanket or coverlet or bedspread - there was human (presumably) hair on my sheets. It looked like hairs from a mans chest, or belly. I didn't see any residue from sweat or other body fluids, or I wouldn't have stayed. The towels were clean, just very few, even for just 2 of us. The potential to be neat was there, the place was very old, perhaps more than 100 years. The bed felt almost that old. It was very loud, very creaky, and much too small for 2 people. There was stains dripping down the walls and inappropriate graffiti right next to my bed, a hair in the bed and stains all over the linen. Toilet stopped working after using it 2 times, toilet paper was not stocked. All of the vents have never been dusted, and our front door knob was loose. I get that its cheap but as a housekeeper there should at least be basic cleanliness.
