Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel

This hotel is infested by ants and unhelpful staff. I should have known from the start that the hotel was a bad idea when we were not provided with sheets for our pull out bed, and apparently they don’t even provide additional pillows, because they don’t have any. So it doesn’t matter if you put the people who will be staying in your room on your reservation, because accommodations will NOT be provided. I did ask the front desk for some and we never received them. I was also charged a total of $1080 to stay there for 2 nights when my total was only $540. When I asked the owner Kate about it she just shook her head and said there was nothing she can do. There were multiple people throughout our stay at the front desk questioning their charges. Wonderful! It might be slightly more than all the cheaper motels, but it is worth it in every way! Stuff were attentive and kind, Rooms are clean and smell nice, you have everything you need and more. Breakfast was rich and delicious and in very good quality. We had a beautiful stay and will definitely come back if in the area.

We were there for 4 days. The price was just slightly more than I prefer to pay, however I must say that the rooms were clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. The air conditioning and fan worked properly and was used the whole time we were there, due to the excessive heat wave. We used the refrigerator every day. The continental breakfast was sufficient and appreciated and good enough to get us on our way out for the day. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints or suggestions. I would stay there again and recommend this place to others.

A standard Best Western Plus in appearance. Far less in the details. Half the staff is delightful. Half the staff is not. The breakfast area is small and far below anything seen in many tens of hotel stays. Food and coffee runs out early and is only replaced by tracking down rare staff. The location is near perfect, but we will avoid this place in the future

Deeply Disappointed by Management’s Lack of Compassion|We’ve owned and operated a small family moving company for 34 years, and on rare occasions, unexpected delays happen. During our most recent trip, our truck broke down on the highway in another city.
