Ramada Inn by Wyndham CDA

Was decent stay, bathroom needs some updating the silicone around the tub was black and little disgusting. They didnt come into room to clean the garbage or bring any towel or anything... Had to go to front deck to request cans be emptied and new towels, hot tub was out of commission...

As a Ramada the breakfast was not worth it. The accommodations were what you expect when a change is happening. They are now Country Inn and Suites. We were at the Ramada during remodel. We had to leave early and checked with the front desk. She took my email but nothing was done. The GM at Country Inn went out of her way and a refund has been processed. She bought a customer and I will give them 5 stars.

First off, the hotel is hard to find. You're turning into the parking lot of a different company. The website offered a cot, but they don't supply them. There was a used Band-Aid in my bathtub along with hair and plenty of mold. We had issues with the toilet not flushing in the middle of the night, three different times. The freezer was unusable. The Keurig was absolutely disgusting, filled with grounds and dirt and who knows what else. There was a layer of dust over most things in the room. The hot tub was overfilled so the jets sprayed up and out of the water and constantly splashed you in the face. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We paid for 3 nights and stayed 2. The place is completely run down. The plaster and paint in the pool are chipping and peeling all over the place. The handrail into the hot tup swings back and forth and is completely unsafe, my daughter even fell in because she was standing on the step when someone else tried to hold the handrail and it swung over and hit her and knocked her in. There were no towels at all in the pool room when we arrived and when they did bring in "pool towels" it was a little stack of hand towels. There are only 2 chairs in the entire pool room and there are no tables. The elevator gets stuck on a regular basis and did not have a maintenance card in it. We had to double book our trip due to issues with showing up late due to inclement weather. We were assured by a male representative we would get partially refunded and never got it back. Upon arriving our room had 2 large bugs along the window that we needed to remove. They have 1 old elevator that we were stuck on for at least 3 minutes while it creaked and slightly moved up and down. Shower did not drain either even after reporting to front desk. We have wiggle room for them but this entire stay was poor. Poor service and room for double the price due to not being refunded. Do not book here
