Ramada by Wyndham Medford Airport North

Hawthorne and Ray at the front desk are awesome! Very accommodating, welcoming energy. The rest of the staff, not so much. The room could've been cleaner. The shower, toilet, sink, and sheets were clean enough, but the towels smelled like smoke and the floors clearly hadn't been swept or moped.

The front desk staff was supper nice. They lady name Lauren she was amazing. We was on the road all night and called to see if we could check in earlier. She called us as soon as our room was ready. When we got there she checked us in. We had my service animal. She came over to say hi to him. I forgot my poo bags for my service animal. They had some outside by the pet area. I was so glad they had that their for us. The gave my mom a ride to the airport. They helped my Mom with her luggage at the airport. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. The room was supper clean. The breakfast they have there was really good. The coffee and juice bar was open alll day and night. . They are close to Arby’s . The was all amazing

Laura and Hawthorne were awesome. They were very helpful for all needs. Took care of me when I was in a bind. Great staff and they put me in a good quiet clean room. If I ever have to stay in Medford area again I will sure be staying here. Thanks again!

Room cleanliness was anything but positive for my multi day stay. There was black mold above the bathtub, and dried urine on the edge of the tub. I notified the front desk attendant and was told a refund or discount would be feasible. The day of my check-out I notified a different individual of my check-out time and inquired on the discount granted, they didn't know anything and said I'd have to be contacted by the site manager. It's been the better part of a week with no contact after leaving my phone number with the second individual. Paying extra for early check in would've been okay if the bathroom hadn't been a public health and safety risk. As an aside- I've never been calous or raised my voice with any personell, I worked in the service industry for a few years so I'm not the type t
