I’ve been staying here on and off for years and the new owners management and staff this time around are truly amazing, The upgrades and the work that they have done so far I enjoy the new beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff are always friendly and you try to help anyway they can. Compared to how this place was ran a few years ago till now it’s 1000% improvement. I don’t worry about my car getting broken into. I don’t worry about staff walking into my room. And I no longer worry about people hanging around in the middle of the night massive improvement from the new management

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo or soap provided, and the shaver in the bathroom was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room had a strong smell of bleach, which made it uncomfortable to stay in, and the overall cleanliness was terrible – it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The fridge was completely empty, with no water or snacks, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I called the front desk to ask for water, the staff was rude and dismissive, refusing to assist me properly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: I love the location Negative: I almost fell in their parking lot. I tripped in the parking lot on a piece asphalt. When I called the manager to tell him, he hung up on me. I didn't fall, but with a chronic pain condition, I was very sore for quite a few days after.

Initially intended on staying 4 nights, but only made it through one. Main reason was I did not feel safe staying there. The building was very outdated. The card machine for rooms were down, so everytime you wanted to get back in your room, the front desk staff had to let you in personally. This was a major issue for me. At night, there were very sketchy people in the back and I didn’t feel comfortable keeping my vehicle back there so I parked in the front. The bed was very comfortable. One thing which I found odd was there were no electrical outlets next to the bed on either side. Normally there are lamps with plugs or usb ports, but I had to charge my phone by the tv. For food, there is a Mexican restaurant next door, but it was very overpriced and loud. The hotel serves breakfast, but

We were in town for a Seahawks game and wanted to ride the sounder train in. This place was a about $15 round-trip Uber to the train station and worked well for our budget. Rooms were fine, beds and bathroom clean. Walls and halls could use a deep clean but didn't affect our stay. Breakfast was disappointing, yogurt waffles, banana and toast. Staff was very responsive. Restaurant across parking lot is spendy but has amazing authentic Mexican seafood. We would stay again.
