I don't understand the bad ratings this place has. It was pretty good for me. Certainly not perfect, but nowhere near as bad as others have made it seem. The room had a 'lived in' smell to it but was clean and well presented otherwise. Full size fridge, microwave, stove, large flat screen TV.. The bathroom was clean, fresh towels, soap etc. We arrived really late, at 12am but the staff quickly came to the office to check us in and made us feel welcome. We didn't have any trouble with noise or neighbors, or 'druggies' during our 5 day stay, and I often saw the staff member who checked us in walking the grounds to make sure things were well and good. I enjoyed my stay here, and I definitely think this place deserves a better rating and a chance!

Our room is really nice! A full size fridge, a nice microwave, a few cupboards allowing ample storage space,and a nice shower you can sit down in! Well lit, clean, the staff are really friendly! The pet fee options are: per day is only $15, $25 per week (maxing out at $150) and $150 per month. I think the only downside is they don't serve breakfast here.

Location is good, near a major thoroughfare and a large Fred Meyer. Not many other interests within walking distance. Rooms are small and include a queen sized bed, two night stands, refrigerator, sink, stove, and a bathroom. No soap or toilestries provided. Office is only open from 7 AM to 11 PM and we had to wait 15 minutes to check in since we arrived after 11. Our room reeked of smoke and was quite dirty. We slept there for about 6 hours and then left due to the intense smell. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff was very kind to me. It seems they deal with a lot of bull on the daily so they can be tough but with respect and upfront communication, I got kindness. The cleaning ladies were very polite, thoughtful and sweet. The room was run down some but for the most part it did the job. As for the people who stay there, there’s much disrespect to the property and an unsafe vibe. I did not like staying here very long. I could not be outside very long without being hit on or bummed off of for something I had. This is a place for extreme desperate situations.

Its a well managed economy studio. Ran quite well. Staff are attentive. Rooms are clean; if there's any room problem call the office and they'll be right up. Forget or lose your key, theres a 24hour staff available to assist you. Back in the day it was a highly infected crime area, but under new management they've worked overtime to fix that. Family and pet friendly.
