Baymont by Wyndham Kent/Seattle

We had an amazing experience staying at the Baymont in Kent, WA. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with fresh linens and all the amenities needed. The staff, especially the manager, Mr. Shihn, he was very friendly, professional, and was always willing to help. He made us feel very welcomed and our stay will definitely be one to remember. He was genuine enough to go above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. Location is perfect, close to highway as well as restaurants & gas stations. Also, Shout out to the whole staff for making our stay at Baymont the best night away from home. Recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Will definitely be coming back!

I have booked many places and I did not like it here and will never come back. If you stay here, never give your credit card information to this business unless you want to lose 10-20%($25) of your tip without asking. No one serves you but they still automatically charge your credit card even if you have paid in full for your stay. You will not have this problem in other places.

Hotel was messy, pool and hot tub had a rancid smell to the water and the gym equipment was not in the best of shape, listed do not show it was right next to train tracks and was woke up multiple times due to trains, and you could hear everything that was happening outside and there were no blinds on windows. The “free breakfast” had almost nothing as well.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spotless, and the cleanliness extends throughout the entire property. The hallways, pool, jacuzzi, and even the laundry room are exceptionally well maintained—and everything smells so fresh and inviting. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. A special shout-out to the General Manager Mr Singh, who was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely accommodating, attentive, and genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with outstanding service.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are clean and the place is very up-kept! You’re greeted with this lovely girl named Ashley. She is so nice (actually cared about us and our day), and smiling! I see why they hired her-very attention to detail. Thank you Ashley for making us feel welcomed! Will def be back—I wish I could give more stars! That good of an experience.
