Kent Valley Motel

The rooms are nasty the service sucks and they will rip you off! Got charged a deposit and they kept! Not a good motel at all!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing fancy about the building or rooms, but owners do an excellent job of keeping up the cleanliness and appearance of both the property and individual rooms. I was impressed considering the price of only $110/night. Definitely would recommend and use myself in the future. Hard to get into due to traffic if you are coming from East Hill is the only downside.

Just off the street in a kind of rough part of town with a high volume of vagrants . They don't usually bother anyone except for asking for handouts. The rooms are low quality but decent. I feel like it's too expensive for what they're offering I think it's over 100 a night for just 1 person . However the location is definitely central to anything u could need if you have a vehicle. There is stores and restaurants all within a few minutes drive of the motel

No hot water, bathroom door in a double room doesn't close, beds covered in loud crinkly plastic. Would not revist.

No hot water, gross bathrooms and out of date features. Plus bug traps everywhere. Tonight I clearly got bitten by a bed bug. The manager wouldn't give me my money back for the room either. I asked for an incident report and didn't get that either. I'm going to the hospital now so don't stay here if you have any sort of decency. And if you don't want bed bugs of course.
