Ramada by Wyndham Fresno Northwest

Rooms are a little worn but mine was very clean. A/C worked great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine but all carbs/sugar. I opted for the Starbucks across the street for coffee and breakfast. For the price I paid for the room, I was very pleased with my stay.

Positive: Locatio Negative: This hotel was NOT to be equal to Holiday Inn Express, etc. The Ramada It is GREATLY in need of a rehab. Furniture damaged, paint on walls chipped, baseboards missing, sink faucet drips. The breakfast was a minimal. Hotel not recommend it to anyone.

It was conveniently located off the highway adjacent to a McDonald’s parking lot and behind a gas station and convenience store. |The lobby was neat and clean, and Clarissa at the front desk was extremely hospitable, and customer oriented. |The rooms we booked were not the rooms available when we arrived. We had to settle for a queen size bed in a handicap room instead of a king size bed as booked on the website. |The other room with the king size bed did not have accessibility feature features as promised, we checked into that one first and we’re greeted with a cockroach on the entryway. I've stayed in 7 hotels, & Ramada should be happy to have Mary. She should be training Ramada Inn employees on front office customer service. Definitely 10 of 10 stars. Thank you Ramada for having such a friendy, knowledgeable, & professional staff person. Thank you again Mary. I came & am leaving with a wonderful memory of staying at the Inn.

We usually stay at the Hilton, but we decided to try this hotel at the last minute. In the past, other Ramadas have been subpar at best. However, this hotel turned out to be a diamond in the rough. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and while the elevator looked outdated and a bit scary, it was functional. The room smelled fresh, and although the carpets showed signs of wear, they were clean. The bed was surprisingly fresh and clean, and when we inspected the mattress, there were no signs of any creepy crawlies. The bed itself was comfortable, but the TV in the room was a bit difficult to operate. We had to set the time and date manually, and the menu guide didn’t work properly.
