Positive: The room was clean and nicely set up Negative: They staff were vacuuming the hallway at 530pm. He put me on a mainfloor room, but right under a family with toddlers, the kids were running and jumping off furniture. I told him he did nothing I went to work with zero sleep. I want my money back

I had to check-out early and the staff were helpful. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was adequate. I meet some friendly guests, and they made the stay worth it. The manager understood my want to check-out early and did not give a hassle. They also contacted me when a parcel arrived for me after I had check out.||Great customer service.

The place is clean to a great standard and comfortable.Housekeeping is good. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure is good. The fridge and microwave work properly.The only issue when paying in cash the office attendant keeps forgetting to mark payment and it’s caused calls on 2 separate occasions about checking out due to non payment. This is a hassle considering I’m pregnant & sick with the flu and my card is attempting to be charged after already paying. I’ve honestly never had a hotel experience like this—and not in a good way. At 11 PM, a staff member unlocked and entered my room without warning while I was asleep. I woke up to a stranger standing inside my room, which is already unacceptable and a huge violation of privacy and safety. The reason? They claimed there was a complaint about a “wet bathroom floor.” Instead of handling this professionally—like calling the room or addressing it during normal hours—they chose to enter my room late at night and confront me in person. I’m currently staying at this hotel and had a very concerning experience. My friend paid for the night in full at check-in. However, around 12:00 a.m., staff came to his room and claimed he had not paid, even though he had already completed payment. Instead of calmly verifying the situation, they immediately escalated things and threatened to involve the police. Being woken up at midnight and pressured with police involvement over a payment that had already been made was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of the pressure and the way the situation was handled, he felt forced to pay again just to avoid further issues.
