I checked in around 6 pm and it is 10 p.m and it's 0 degrees outside i have my thermostat set at 75 because my room says it is 67 and I've had it at 75 since I got here and nothing.. Great clean rooms smells like a new car fresh paint love it except the heating issue. My wife likes it little warmer then I do but 67 degrees is crazy.. At 1030 pm we had a guy come out and it was just air in the water lines from the renovations after that it got super warm super fast.

This stay was deeply disappointing and reflects poor management judgment.||The hotel is undergoing active room renovations while simultaneously selling and occupying adjacent and overhead guest rooms, resulting in continuous construction noise beginning early in the morning — including on a Sunday. There was no advance warning at booking or check-in that this level of disruption would occur.||The service response compounded the problem. Rather than proactively managing the situation or isolating guests from renovation zones, the burden was placed on the guest to endure the noise or complain after the fact. Positive: The hotel was clean, tastefully decorated and smelled amazing Negative: The bath towels were hard and scratchy, almost as if they were line dried outside. The toilet paper was one step above sandpaper… I expected better from a 4-star rated hotel

Location good. Only one available downtown. Services good but all i did was check in and out so no experience. Room.....dirty & damage. Dust city about 1/4 on lights and more in cracks and crevices never seen a room like that. Was told elevator requires key to access floor which it did not. And here's everything else I wrote down while staying... Noises Poles clanging in hallway at 10am sounded like there were building a bunk bed and cleaning rooms late! In town for a social engagement and stayed here on a Saturday and was woken up at 9:00am Sunday by active construction noise directly above/adjacent to my room. The hotel is remodeling rooms while selling and occupying neighboring rooms, with no advance notice provided at booking or check-in. This isn’t normal ambient noise — it was full renovation work that made rest impossible. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would have chosen a different hotel. This is a management decision, not bad luck, and it reflects poorly on guest experience and brand standards. I would not recommend staying here until renovations are completed or guests are properly informed and isolated from construction areas.
