Positive: The staff were accommodating. Negative: Due to the UBER drivers that use the back side of the building; there's an abundance of garbage (Pizza boxes, fast food cups packaging, and cigarette butts, etc.) on the grounds. The airport who owns the property won't do anything about the problem.

Poor water …. Dirty and very hard. Still using carpets in rooms. Feet were dirty after walking around the room ||Breakfast was a selection of bread or cereal and milk ||Any other option was not available due to broken of missing appliances

Very nasty place! Bed frame not secure and moved over 2 feet when my petite wife sat on it, furniture was chewed up by animal, one curtain for privacy was missing, electrical outlets had splice blocks with 6-8 cords coming out of them. Closet door was off hinges. Floor was sticky pool was milky and not from chlorine didn't even stay 30min had cops patrolling the parking lot and said its a high drug place. Definitely not as clean as the pictures online portray not even a 1 star but couldn't put lower. My skin is still crawling from this experience!!

This hotel was a good value. We paid less for this room than I paid for a motel 6 in the ghetto recently and the rooms here are actually nice. The area is quiet and near Ali at the front desk was fantastic. He was extremely helpful. When we realized the TV cable connector was broken, he personally came to our room and truly went above and beyond to get it resolved. His customer service made a big difference in our stay. On top of that, the price can’t be beat, great value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for clean rooms, keep looking. There is hair in the shower, hair on the bed, floor is dirty. At least all the hair was the same so im going to say it belongs to housekeeper. (Helps me sleep) Convenient location for early morning flight. Staff seemed nice. *no elevator *
