The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the cosmetic damage in the room itself. Everything else was perfect. The beds had clean sheets and a bug cover but no sign of bugs what so ever. The staff was polite and helpful in every way. The cosmetic issues in the room weren't major. Some paint chipping and small cosmetic things like that. The only problem we had was that there's not enough outlets where the fridge, microwave, and TV are so you have to pick between the 3. Beds are super comfortable. And the courtyard around the pool is to die for. It's absolutely gorgeous. Definitely will be staying here again

Beware, this place was terrible. Room was dirty, curtains stained and dirty. Tables and lamps dusty. Bathroom seemed okay, but smelled musty and toilet kept running. Had to jiggle handle a few times every time you used it. Only one set of towels for a double room. Coffee supplies in room were dusty, one of the packages was open. Dirty plastic knife on floor under the table and used plastic straw on floor beside bed. Remote for TV didn't work. Surprise requirement of 100 dollar deposit that had to be made along with bill at check in. Luckily, we could afford that extra. Don't know what would have happened if we couldn't. Won't be credited back for 7 to 10 business days. No mention of any deposit required when we booked room! Only real plus was excellent free full breakfast in lobby. I wou

I have no words to accurately describe how bad this place is. The health department needs to get involved. We were in town transporting my Son to Ft Gordon. This place was nothing short of disgusting. The “white” linens were yellow, pillows old, the room smelled like mildew, the toilet leaked all over the floor non-stop, toilet handle was broken, trash behind the toilet, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned in years, it looked like housekeeping wiped everything down with a dirty wet rag. When we asked for an ice bucket we were given a grocery bag and told, “at least it holds more.” Housekeeping never came to offer sheets, towels or remove the garbage, black mildew on the bathroom ceiling and in the tile grout. People were outside drinking, smoking weed and being loud outs

Average motel, room was clean. Towels and washcloths were adequate. I loved their free soaps..they had Dove facial soap which I hadn't smelled since my grandmother died in the 1990s. The air was hard to regulate. It was a window unit with high/low heat/cool and fan settings. There was a microwave and coffee bar area in the room. What I will speak on was the free breakfast which was not good. Starting with the unseasoned unbuttered grits to the eggs that were the same. There was no sweet tea or something other than coffee/water to drink. I was only there for night due to my flight being delayed

Here with work...so far bed bugs, sheets got holes cigarette burns, my toilet is leaking from the bottom asked to have it looked at nothing was done. Refrigerators in some rooms door broken. This place needs some attention, not saying it's all bad just needs some work done. Has a pretty pool area in the middle looks like something that be fun during summer breakfast in the morning is decent, one cool thing I like there's a driving range directly behind the hotel so that's a big plus.
