Quinn Motel

I have been here one month. Check-in was very easy. Room was very clean. Nice and quiet. Owners are great people. Daily, weekly and monthly rates. Bed, cable TV, fridge, microwave, desk, dresser, a/c, and shower only bath. Also Pet friendly. Highly recommend this motel.

Very reasonable, working persons place. Little Mom & Pop type motel. I notice each time I stay that they are fixing it up little at a time. Had a bad manager, but now is getting that TLC. Has fridge, microwave, and very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend it, especially great for the working guy, and those on a budget.

Convenient location was the reason we chose it. The owner said he is doing renovations. On the plus side...The rooms are big. The beds are new and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The TV is new and the WiFi is free. The water in the shower is good and hot. On the down side... The bathroom was the worst. The tile and calking desperately needs to be replaced.

Zero stars. Period. I did not stay there. I had a reservation, with my 2 dogs, for a Friday night. The Monday prior to my reserved night I spent 16 hours driving to reach my 4-year-old Grandson who was hospitalized with a massive cancerous tumor on his kidney. It was a horrendous week, spent fifteen hundred miles from home; I (understandably) forgot about my reservation for this hotel, so I neglected to cancel it. When I checked my bank on Monday, still far from home, I saw a charge from the Quinn for the full amount (including the fee for 2 dogs!!) for a room I did not use. I called and explained the situation, asking for a refund, fully expecting human compassion from a fellow human being. Current management does not have a clue on what it takes to run a business. Very unorganized, not prepared for guests of reserved rooms. The employees yelled profanities at each other, blaming each other for our room not being ready(this is @5;00pm Sat.). We went to find supper and returned 45 minutes later to find our room not ready and management behind the counter staring into space. Fortunately someone else showed up that cleaned the room and we were in our room @6:30. Our reservation was made on the previous Tuesday after making several other calls to other motels. This appeared to be the last room available in the area. We would have loved to have had the option of another motel.
