Quality Inn West Columbia - Cayce

Very basic accommodations. The room was very Clean. The lobby wasn't exactly welcoming - had a strong perfumed smell. Needs a bit more hotel professional look and a cleaning. The people there are very helpful, and they made us feel welcome. If we pass through there again , we would stay again.

Booked this hotel after 5 PM on a wed in the lobby. They told us this "suite" had just been updated and was the nicest room they had. We dropped our stuff off and went to get some food. When we got back we started to notice, while unpacking, that the room was so dirty, floors had not been cleaned, the room smelled like mold, the lighting was terrible, the light above the tub didnt work. When I went to grab a towel after my shower a roach flew out of the inside of the towel. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom and side so light and noise came thru. Did not sleep at all, too loud. The bed was not comfortable at all,the was a huge lump in the middle , the the blankets were disgusting. The curtain was too close to the ac unit so when it was on, the curtain blew all over the place

Booked a room via hotels.com and stayed a Thursday night mid-October. Checked in around 9pm, and it was easy. I had driven in from Asheville after a day at Biltmore, and was tired. Got a room on the second floor - it was very spacious. The elevator is right outside the check-in area. Got up early and went for breakfast at 7:10am - only one other person was there. They had plenty of good options - bread, fruit juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, cereal, waffles. Noticed on my way out that they also have a room with washer+dryer - pretty handy for anyone staying multiple nights.

Hey! My trips were great the few times I stayed here. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was free, wifi and TV was working.

Came here after a bad car accident that wasnt my fault. Staff was pleasant, room was clean and comfortable, free breakfast. Good place to recover for a couple of days.
