I spoke with someone on the phone two different times about ordering twin sized bed bases. I received my bed base and put it together before realizing it was a double. I called them about the issue and they told me they don't even sell twins. I can't understand why that didn't come up in conversation when I called two different times before placing my order. So they don't have what I need and they won't accept a return. Very frustrating.

Agh Supply just doesn’t sell you products, they are building relationships with every individual they meet today. I have seen Dipak and Kenny at a very young age, and they’ve been working hard to strive customer service. I have built such a relationship with them that all I have to do is make a phone call and my expectations are fulfilled. The products that they carry are worth every cent. An advantage that I have is that there warehouse is just a few blocks away.
