Quality Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

Miranda, Ziari, and all of the staff at this Quality Inn & Suites location are AWESOME! They made our stay extremely pleasurable despite us being snowed in (pictured below) which extended our stay, and of course our repeated and annoying requests for more towels and cups! lol The hotel was spacious, clean, and conveniently had a exercise area (which I never used but meant to ;) I applaud their team for their patience with us and their dedication to professionalism and customer service! All of which made a huge impact in our stay! Thanks to Quality Inn & Suites, Miranda, Ziari and their whole team for making the stay for two parents with a 18 month old baby girl feel safe, welcomed, and showing us tremendous hospitality!

While staying at the Quality Inn, I thought I had left behind my watch in the room. Miranda, the Manager was nothing short of extraordinary in her efforts to help me! It was an expensive watch, and Miranda personally went through our room, the linens in the laundry and even went through the garbage! Being in the hotel industry myself, I was not only appreciative of all her efforts, but so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I hadn't ask Miranda to do this deep of a search, she just did it out of excellent customer service and kindness. Best customer service experience EVER! Thank you MIRANDA! p.s. we found the watch!

The room was clean and nice. We especially liked the led mirror in the bathroom because we are thinking of getting one and it was nice to see how it looked. The reason we didn't give a 10 was the breakfast. It might have been because there weren't many people staying there that night, but the breakfast didn't have many options. I had the Belgium Waffle, which was good, but was given a "buttery spread" instead of butter. The only other hot option was toast, a very processed-looking "round" scrambled egg, and sausage links. My husband had that and said it was not very good. I would have preferred a bagel with cream cheese option.

Positive: "" Negative: The room was dirty, bugs on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Additionally, I felt unsafe in this room due to the presence of an outside door.

We stopped here to sleep after a long trip. The hotel staff was very friendly, and we thank them for that. The room looked clean from the outside, but the first thing that struck me was the awful smell of cigarettes throughout the room. We were traveling with a small child, and this upset me greatly, but we didn't change rooms because it was already very late. Secondly, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and I don't even want to imagine where it came from. It was just lying in the corners as if it had been deliberately placed there. The towels were all stained, which made me think that they weren't being washed, but then the picture became clear when I started making the bed and found hair there too!
