Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wilson

A solo trip on the way to visit family. The hotel is five minutes off the interstate with a brightly lit parking lot. I felt very safe, even after I returned from a Cracker Barrel supper in the dark. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean. This stay is the second for me but it won’t be the last.

Titanium Level Marriott Level.||I think I have stayed at just about every Fairfield Inn, in North and South Carolina near I-95. 1/2 way point for me between FL and MD. First, the hotel is like new. Recently renovated I think. Front desk lady was polite and helpful ….but, i was shocked that as a Titanium Level guest, there was no welcome gift. Thats not being pompous …. I mean, a bottle or two of water is the norm. I have NEVER, i mean never not been offered points or a selection from the market when checking in. NEVER. The desk clerk seemed embarrassed but said this hotel charges high level Marriott Bonvoy members for a bottle of water. Most Fairfields have two small bottles in the rooms. Will be interesting to see what breakfast is like. ||As I said, never again. Smal

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Booked online & description stated there was a pool & a bar & there was not! Front desk woman who was incredibly rude & unprofessional said that they?d changed the oool to a fitness center 2 years ago. Refused to comp me in any way

We were traveling from NJ to Florida and stopped at the Fairfield in Wilson NC. We called to check availability at about 8pm and spoke to Reanne at the hotel front desk and reserved a room for an 11pm check in. We asked could we have a crib in the room when we got to the room we not only had a crib but it was fully set up. Great water pressure, clean and a normal Fairfield breakfast done very well Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. Quick on and off I95

After traveling 20 years and always stopping at a Fairfield Inn, this place is to AVOID. Arriving for our night sleep around 5pm after check-in we told the person in charge,  that the toilet was leaking.   We wanted to be moved but as we wanted to go out for dinner, the agent said to go and upon our return if the problem was still there he would keep us a room and move us to it. On our returned the toilet was still leaking and  we requested to be moved.....no more rooms were available! He was so gracious to give us a big pile of towels to put around the toilet.....charming. As we took our showers we noticed that water was also coming out of the shower!!! Now in the bathroom we were walking on towels and could not see the floor anymore. And it didn't stop there.  For breakfast, nobody avail
