Hampton Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

Room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was very good. We have usually stayed at Hampton Inns because their mattresses were so comfortable,. However, the mattress here was way too firm and uncomfortable. I would have asked for a different room but it was too late when we checked in. Will not come back.\ Hampton Inn, if you want to discuss this, give me a call, dont tell me to go to your web site..

Every aspect of this trip was OUTSTANDING!!! I purposely chose Hampton Inn due to its reputation and reviews from friends and family, and it more than exceeded expectations. From check-in, Keith at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, especially after a long road trip it was a pleasure meeting him! The room was spotless and wonderfully put together, and the personalized TV greeting was amazing!!! Breakfast was fantastic and so delicious, so many wonderful options to choose from! The entire building and facility was beautiful and very clean, tidy, and had a spectacular atmosphere. I will without a doubt definitely choose to stay only at Hampton Inn for all my future travels!!!!!

Safe, clean, convenient. Friendly staff. Very close off I-95, next to a gas statin, lots of restaurants very close by (even walking distance). Clean, comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom roomy and clean, good shower pressure, toilet seat did not stay up, though. Nice lobby space. Decent complimentary breakfast including a few hot items such as a waffle station, eggs, and oatmeal. Ample parking outside. Outdoor pool is currently closed. A worthwhile stopover off of I-95.

Better than expected all around. Keith at the front desk was super kind and helpful; after a long day of travel, he was more friendly than most front desk people you talk to. We went very pleased with the breakfast. The eggs, potatoes, and sausage were great. The breakfast area was very clean, as was the entire hotel. We never write reviews on hotels, but this one deserved it.

Everything was okay until we tried to get breakfast. There was a woman who was constantly monitoring people getting their breakfast. She yelled at me for using the wrong utensil while I tried to put an omelet on my plate. She did the same thing to an elderly woman 5 minutes late and almost caused the woman to have a heart attack as I watched her become visible shaking and holding her heart. There is never a time to yell at people for especially silly things like this. This woman should not be employed in any customer service environment imo.
