Quality Inn & Suites Vidalia

We stayed here this past weekend for a wedding. The front desk attendant was very sweet very helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. They were very accommodating. The only problem I had was not enough lighting in the bathroom, but overall, I’d give it a four out of five.

Had to make trip to Vidalia for birth of great,great niece. Arrived at approximately 8:30pm with parking lot full of work trucks, figured all rooms taken. Both my wife and myself along with sister in law smoke, was surprised my wife and myself got a smoking suite. Room was very nice, two rooms divided by French doors. Sister in law had to get a non smoking room, however was told at checkin to check back next morning and she would be accommodated which she was. Giving this was a last minute and we was able to get sister in law down to see birth of her great granddaughter and the service we recieved from hotel staff the trip was a success.

Super wonderful staff, maids,& desk staff even the owners are amazing! Very aware of patrons with disabilities from epilepsy (myself including), to other people who need help opening their doors from older age preventing them from getting into their rooms with the cards. My stay was an amazing one and I highly recommend that anyone stay with the amazing staff and their clean and professional rooms, great free breakfast options. If I ever need another place to stay I’d definitely check with them first!

Stacie, the front desk evening staff, was very pleasant. There's nothing special about the hotel, but I have to say I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and eateries were within walking distance. Please be aware that there is a $100 cash deposit that is returned after your stay.

First of all Martha the desk attendant was excellent and did everything she could to make my stay good. My complaint is that the TV volume went "out" shortly after watching. Martha sent a tech to the room who (just being honest) needed a bath badly as he smelled terrible. He got the volume working and, after which I had 8 channels. I wasn't able to access the channel that I was previously watching. About 8:20pm the internet service went out. It never came back on even after Martha tried to reboot it. As a business traveler I would NOT recommend this hotel. Sketchy internet service, the smell of marijuana in the ventilation system, incompetent management, and terrible TV service.
