My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the amenities and the overall atmosphere—it felt relaxing and luxurious at the same time. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Based on the online photos, I was really hoping this hotel was going to be enjoyable. It’s in a really great location overlooking a nice pond with a great restaurant next to it. However, the hotel seems to be in pretty rough shape. First couple things I noticed about my room was the toilet just doesn’t stop running, an old bandaid left in the shower, and a broken lamp on my side table that couldn’t be turned off except by unplugged it; which was left half plugged in and seemed like a huge fire hazard.

The hotel is gorgeous and the pond in the back is amazing very peaceful and nice absolutely loved that fact also very nice little restaurant right next door BUT……….. no lights at all out back around the pond or sitting area it’s definitely not kept up .also they come knocking at the door well before 9 am and she came back SEVERAL TIMES after we got woke up multiple times she was told we were getting ready and would let the front desk know when we were out and she still came back 3-4 more times including another lady a couple times all within 10 minutes of each other as she seen we were getting ready to leave . Mind you at this point it was still NOT YET CHECK OUT TIME !! I will never stay there again due to that . We drove in the day before after driving 18-19 hours not getting in until a

Positive: Location Negative: Details! Room was listed, as all others, as Standard Room. Needed two queen bed room. Assigned King handicapped access. Had extra traveler, so room needed to be larger, with at least another bed. Had to order second room, from check-in front desk.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms, classy lobby and sooooo quiet! Great restaurant next door, close to the shops, nicer than expected free breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and will both return and recommend!
