Quality Inn & Suites Terrell

We stayed here on our drive across the USA. The place was nice and clean. However mostly outdated furniture. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff were nice and pleasant. Breakfast is included. Would recommend for the budget minded traveler.

Close to the freeway and good room for the price. Front desk gentleman was a vet and friendly and helpful. 5 stars. Ask for a room on the non freeway side.

The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The pillows were very nice and fluffy. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because it needs a lot of updates.

Right off the bat when I checked in, the mail hose was very rude. Didn’t offer any information or greeted me. This man had a bad attitude. My room 211 had a terrible smell and I killed a live cockroach. Where there’s one cockroach there’s many. I will never stay at a quality Inn ever again. Poor choice on my part.

Our assigned room stunk like an old pee diaper so we requested another room. The only available room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. I am handicap and have a hard time with stairs but took it anyway, as I had already pre-paid. The second floor room was accommodating but very inconvenient.
