Quality Inn & Suites St Augustine Beach Area

CONS: The room (second floor) was very old and unwelcoming. The walls were paint over rust and stains that still came thru the paint. The bed was lumpy and soft. No mattress protector. the pillows were flat and no pillow protecters. The sheets were scratchy and left static. The shower was re-surfaced and still had some of the original non skid on the bottom, but only 1/2 left and gray, The lighting was poor, the kitchen had an old rusty faucet and stale coffee pods. The door to the kitchen was repainted and stained. The refrigerator was barely cold. One of my towels had a big stain on the front. We got in late to check in and the office was closed except a walk up window. No room service and they do not change out your towels or linens. You have to go get them if you want them replaced. Pr

Great Staff.|Tiesha greeted us and checked up in quickly and smoothly with room updates and hotel info.|Great location. Able to watch the sunrise from my window. Room was clean and spacious.|Breakfast was nice.|A muffin or pastry would have made it better as I don’t eat toast.|Pool not heated but clean and safe.|I will use this facility on next trip up.|All of the staff were very pleasant and professional toward the guests

This was our 2nd stay. Great location, very close to beach access. Restaurants close and the sights of St Augustine are an easy drive. You can buy a trolley pass and they stop at the hotel. Friendly staff. Older hotel. Room looked clean. We stayed midweek and it was very quiet. There's a nice green space in the back. My dog loved it! We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. Breakfast fulfilled requirements. |Overall, we felt the hotel was a good value. If in the future, we find ourselves in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Great experience. This is our first visit and Tisha has made it ever so pleasant. Prior to our visit, she confirmed our reservation and room preference, to checking us in quickly and politely. She was very respectful and friendly during this process, explaining and answering all our questions. Tesha is very professional and a true asset to this company. This will be our go to hotel each time we return to St Augustine. Thank you Tiesha.
