Ocean Grove RV Resort - St. Augustine

Booked last minute for a quick little Christmas getaway with my family! We had the best time! Everyone was super friendly, hot tub and pool was super clean... it was so nice to be at a resort with a "hot" hot tub!!! Location was perfect, there was a great little coffee shop right next to the resort, beach was soooo close! My only complaint, and this falls on 1 of the residents in the back, is that they decided to start and work on an old jeep in the middle of the night (like 1am-ish) and felt like that was the appropriate time to sit there and rev it like it was 1pm.... for a good 10 minutes! We will definitely be back!

The park model was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen ware, linens and plenty of bath towels. There was dish soap and bathroom amenities as well. We loved the large screen porch, swimming pool, which was very clean, laundry facilities, which were immaculate and fishing dock as well. We loved the vibe in the park. It was memorial Day weekend and very full, but everyone was very friendly and they gathered for sunset by the dock each night where the gazebo was there are chairs you can sit on. We rode bikes through the park each day which is paved and easy to navigate. The park has lots of trees and shade. Funkadelic food shack has great food and we love the beet home fries with goat cheese and a dipping sauce. The beach is across the street. You can walk or bike to the beach and if you

We love bringing our RV to Ocean Grove in St Augustine! The sites are very nice and have full hookups. The pool there is awesome which includes a restaurant and bar next to it. The location is the best! It's on a busy road but there are restaurants nearby. Try Hurricane Grill, Seafood Kitchen, the Oasis, and Kookaburra Coffee shop. All are within a mile or less. You can walk or ride bike to the beach from the resort. There's a Winn Dixie and Publix nearby too. The historical city of St Augustine is always fun to visit. You can be there in less than 30 minutes from Ocean Grove depending on traffic. The best part of the day is walking to the resort dock overlooking the river and watching the beautiful sunsets. It's a special event every evening.

The reservation process went smooth, and the prices were in synch with the condition and the amenities of the park. Lots to do at the park and they take good care of what they have. Spaces were level and easy in and out....no problems with any hook ups. Having a small dock and walk way on the water was very nice come sunset....a small group would meander down and sit and watch the sun go down along with their blood pressure....just beautiful. Access to the beach is so close the car won't even warm up. Local restaurants are good and access to St Augustine down town is a short drive. I really like this park, I will continue to visit yearly.

As Florida Rv resorts go this is top 10. Clean, peaceful, and quite a few amenities. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Great food at Funkedelic Food Shack. Big pool and more. We would highly recommend this pet friendly rv resort.
