Ocean Villas

The negative reviews I've seen left here are ridiculous. This is a well maintained complex with convenient beach access, 2 amazing pools, and is very family friendly. My family has stayed here many times over the last several years and has no issues. The bad reviews mostly are complaints with parking or an individual condo, which should be taken up with the property manager or owner of that specific unit.

I am solely basing this review by personal experience with my own Airbnb and the complex as i got to experience it. Gate access, beach access, plenty of parking, and pool all working effectively.

Over the years we’ve rented several different units in this condo resort. Location is great, the pools are nicely kept, the people are generally great, overall really fantastic. We did once get stuck in the glass elevator which was quite hot and somewhat traumatic for my young child. Fire rescue did their job. The elevator inspection was way out of date. So maybe don’t use the elevators. Hopefully the condo board has gotten its act back together.

Was an excellent facility! I can’t really say enough about the accommodations that we stayed in while in Saint Augustine Beach at Ocean villas. The condo that we stayed in was a three bedroom two bath condo. Pricing was, in my opinion, excellent. The quality of Everything within our condo was absolutely spectacular. Every small detail down to the personally handwritten note to us was greatly appreciated! We stayed in unit number 76 and, we were absolutely impressed! Among the amenities, of course, while staying in a condo, pretty much everything that you could need was provided for you. Just a little hint, check early in the closet that has the washer and dryer as it holds a treasure trove of beach items that are available for your usage. Where to start, so my family and I come to st augustine every year thru the 4th and love the area, never have we had any problems with any of the condos we have stayed in until now. Our unit was privately owned and was just "ok" but not really the fault of ocean villas as the outside was kept nice overall. Our major problems were with parking and the fact that residents were allowed to have multiple cars with no parking passes which took up all parking for other people staying here. 3 nights in a row we would get to condo with absolutely zero parking so we would be forced to wait in parking lot and hope someone would leave or park where ever we could pull to the side while half the cars in parking area had no parking tag.
