Quality Inn & Suites Sandusky

Great location! Great value! And above all, very clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the rooms themselves. It was definitely the nicest Quality Inn I have ever been to! Located right in the center of Sandusky so accessing local attractions is easy! The front desk staff is wonderful and the GM, Ms Kileigh, is absolutely fantastic! Best value all around! Don't waste your money elsewhere!!

The workers were amazing! The hotel itself was not. Smelled strongly of weed! Everywhere. Hard to get into room with handle, bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned, we hand one roll of toilet paper totally empty and the other less the. A quarter in the roll. This was as soon as we got to the room, also the toilet was so wobbly fell like it was going to rip away from The wall.

I booked for the pool for my daughters birthday. I wasn't happy about the deposit. I had already booked ahead of time and wasn't aware of that charge as it's not listed on choice hotels when you click on the hotel to book. 250 is a lot for anyone unless your rich. I am on a tight budget right now and couldn't even get my car fixed that Monday after because of instead of it just being a hold it was a separate charge of 100 dollars. I appreciate the woman for refunding me the money at checkout but now I'm stuck waiting for 10 days in hopes that it will come back to my account. That's no fault of hers because she didn't check me in. I'm just upset it really messed my whole week up. Also the pool area wasn't very clean and there wasn't any towels. The room was freezing and so was the pool. The

Positive: Good water pressure, good coffee 24 hour coffee station w/variety of creamers, simple but filling hot breakfast, comfortable beds Negative: a bit of wear and tear around the edges but adequate, especially for the price.

Let’s start out by saying we have stayed in this hotel before. We stayed here a year ago for a volleyball tournament. I will say then it was clean. We booked this hotel again thinking we would get the same experience. Not the case. The hallways looked like they haven’t been cleaned since the last year we were there. Someone had spilled a sauce cup in the stairwell, it was there the whole three days we were there. It was sticky and gross, it was on the walls and a huge clump on the stairs. Trash left in the stairwell, outside cigarette butts everywhere. In the room we stayed in there were socks left from the previous guests. The room looked ok, the channel list was sticky with visible junk on it. The pool area- just a hard no. I was extremely disappointed in this stay as well as my parents.
