Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

The hotel is small, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The suite has a mini kitchen with some dishes, but no pots and pans. The living room area was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and a typical hotel room size. I would stay again.

When we first got to the hotel it wasn’t very clear, it looked like we were on a construction site. The man who checked us in was very nice and polite. Once we got to our hotel room, the smell in the hallways were unbearable , although it wasn’t very clean the beds were very comfortable and made up for the cleanness. However, this hotel needs a bit of an upgrade

Our stay was fine, but definitely won’t be coming back again, the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes, even though smoking is prohibited. There’s so much dog shit near the entrances. The front desk receptionists were very nice and friendly.

From the outside it might seem rough but it is an older motel and the rooms are just fine. Our room was a suite that had a king size bed with a sofa and chair. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. It does need some updating but not a problem for a few nights stay. The indoor pool is good. The breakfast was very good, with waffles, sausages, eggs ...etc. Would stay again and do recommend.

My room was dirty, including: a sticky bathroom floor. bathroom and kitchen counter was not wiped down. The blow dryer had dust and stains on it. inside the shower mat was very brown. The freezer had black mold growing in it. The microwave and refrigerator were dusty and crummy on the outside. The room was not stocked. only had one coffee cup, and two plastic cups. I don’t know about the body wash and shampoo because I did not use the shower. room did not look vacuumed, including the couch where there was a big hairball. I ended up, just asking the hotel staff for extra sheets that I threw over the couch. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. My bed was clean. I did not open the other bed so I don’t know if that was clean. The bathroom towels had remains of a mouse nest in it.
