Holiday Inn Express Plattsburgh

Second time staying and had another fine visit. Very nice front desk staff that were helpful with check-in. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Bathroom/shower is a little small, sink is outside of the bathroom itself, but not a big deal IMO. Fitness center is good for a quick workout. Breakfast was the usual, but it hit the spot. A number of places to eat right down the road, and if needed, grocery store to grab anything necessary.

We had an awesome stay here. We arrived in the dark and the hotel is right off the highway and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was breakfast! Lots of good choices, hot, fresh food, even gluten free bagels. The dining area was very clean and the staff person was efficient and friendly.

I had a very relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Plattsburgh NY. My room was bright and welcoming on my arrival. The room layout was exactly what I expected with a place for my coat, suitcase, computer for work, and a large TV for entertainment. The King sized bed was so comfortable and I had 4 King sized pillows all for myself lol. The bathroom was nicely decorated and bright and the sink and mirror were across from the bathroom, which is not something I expected but still was very nice. Internet speed was excellent and I had no issues connecting. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of proteins, carbs, fruit, and juices. I especially enjoy the warm cinnamon rolls and the cranberry juice, which I mix with orange and apple juice for a nice wake up drink. The eggs, sausage patties,

I thought staying here might be a mistake when I opened the door to my room and didn’t see a chair but rather a tiny fabric cube shoved in the filthy corner of the room. I called the front desk and they rustled up a chair for me quickly and with apologies. The bed is amazing. The shower water pressure is amazing. The bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever seen, with the sink area outside in the main room. If I weren’t traveling alone, I would’ve minded this setup, but it was actually fine. Express breakfast was amazingly fresh and delicious, served in a welcoming space with lots of private alcoves to eat and read quietly. Great location to shopping and dining. We were in town visiting family who attends college in Plattsburgh. Clean hotel and cleans rooms. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Bathroom is small with a shower and toilet, sink is in the room. This hotel offers AAA and Veterans discounts!! Atmosphere when nice, and staff were very friendly and accommodating! We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if in town.
